You will typically see this error when attempting to recover your funds after a failed or stuck transfer. Do not worry. This error almost always happens when:
- The transfer already went through successfully
- Your funds were already recovered successfully
To resolve this, check your address on the block explorer for both your sending and receiving chains to see if the transaction was completed on either side. If you don't see your transaction, open a support ticket and we'll help you find it.
